Cancellations and Refunds Policy

At Sahil Barmate, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. However, if you're not completely satisfied, please refer to our refund and cancellation guidelines below.

Digital Products (Ebook & Video Course):

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our ebook and upcoming video course. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

  • How to Request a Refund: Email us at artistsahilbarmate@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.

  • Refund Process: Upon approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Important Notes:

  • All digital product refunds are processed promptly, but may take a few days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Physical Products (Canvas Paintings):

No Refund Policy:

  • We do not offer refunds on physical products such as canvas paintings unless the product is damaged during shipping or the wrong product was delivered. For these issues:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product at artistsahilbarmate@gmail.com with photos of the damage or error.

  • We will either replace the item or issue a store credit depending on the circumstances.

Order Cancellations:

  • Digital Products: Cancellations are not possible once the ebook or video course has been downloaded or accessed.

  • Physical Products: Orders for physical products may be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Order Modifications & Cancellations:

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, we do offer 30 day money back guarantee, refunds or cancellations from the date of product purchase.

  • Physical Products: Orders can be modified or cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Damaged or Lost Products:

  • For physical products, if your canvas painting arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us at support@sahilbarmate.com within 48 hours of receiving the product, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
